  • Directly from you (LinkedIn messages, emails, Google Calendar scheduling, phone calls)

  • Client feedback (e.g., interview feedback shared with MVRK)

We do not buy or receive candidate data from third-party job boards or data brokers.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Candidates: Data is stored for up to 24 months after last engagement unless requested for deletion.
  • Clients: Data is retained for the duration of business relationships plus six years for compliance.
  • Deletion Requests: You may request data deletion at any time (see Section 11 below).

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access – Request a copy of your personal data.
  • Right to Rectification – Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
