About the Role
Deliver impactful training to empower teams, enhance service quality, and drive cultural transformation across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on training sessions to teach operational procedures, customer service techniques, and compliance
- Design engaging educational materials, including technical guides, video tutorials, and e-learning modules
- Train teams to uphold safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards while embodying company values
- Evaluate team performance and tailor training to foster continuous improvement
- Innovate training methods using the latest tools and techniques to inspire excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in training or managing teams, ideally in tourism or hospitality
- Fluency in English and the local language of the work location
- Strong creativity and experience in developing multimedia training programs
- Technical expertise in operational tools, dashboards, and strategy creation
- Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and connect
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with regional hospitality standards and regulations
- Proficiency in additional European languages
- Experience in fast-paced, international environments
