About the Role

Deliver impactful training to empower teams, enhance service quality, and drive cultural transformation across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on training sessions to teach operational procedures, customer service techniques, and compliance
  • Design engaging educational materials, including technical guides, video tutorials, and e-learning modules
  • Train teams to uphold safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards while embodying company values
  • Evaluate team performance and tailor training to foster continuous improvement
  • Innovate training methods using the latest tools and techniques to inspire excellence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training or managing teams, ideally in tourism or hospitality
  • Fluency in English and the local language of the work location
  • Strong creativity and experience in developing multimedia training programs
  • Technical expertise in operational tools, dashboards, and strategy creation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and connect

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with regional hospitality standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in additional European languages
  • Experience in fast-paced, international environments
