About the Role

Deliver impactful training to elevate team performance, enhance service quality, and foster cultural transformation across Italy and Croatia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions to teach operational processes, customer service techniques, and compliance
  • Create engaging educational materials, such as guides, video tutorials, and e-learning modules
  • Train teams to adhere to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards while embodying company values
  • Assess team performance, tailoring training for continuous improvement
  • Utilize innovative tools and techniques to inspire excellence and empower teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training or team management, ideally in tourism or hospitality
  • Fluency in English and the local language of the work location
  • Creativity and expertise in developing multimedia training materials
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills for operational tools and strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills, with a passion for inspiring others

Nice to Have

  • Experience in European hospitality or outdoor accommodation sectors
  • Proficiency in additional European languages
  • Familiarity with regional compliance and safety standards
