About the Role

Lead operations recruitment efforts, shaping and executing hiring strategies for seasonal and operational staff in the Netherlands and Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operations managers to define roles, anticipate staffing needs, and craft effective job descriptions
  • Utilize various channels to source top talent, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies
  • Conduct interviews, assess technical and interpersonal skills, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate fit
  • Present competitive offers to selected candidates and oversee their onboarding process
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve processes
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends in operational and seasonal work to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Psychology, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or operational roles within tourism, logistics, or related industries
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language of the work location
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently and effectively

Nice to Have

  • Experience in seasonal or operational recruitment
  • Knowledge of the tourism or hospitality industries
  • Proficiency in additional European languages
