Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership to design and deliver tailored HR solutions for the UK population
Localize and implement global people strategies to align with regional needs
Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
Foster a positive workplace culture through proactive employee relations management
Ensure compliance with UK labour laws and manage employee relations with integrity
Lead cultural transformation initiatives, coaching leaders and engaging employees
Enhance HR operations, including performance management and development programs
Drive high-impact HR projects to support long-term success in the UK market

Minimum 7 years of experience in senior HR roles, with a strong generalist background
Proven ability to lead and influence teams, successfully driving change initiatives
Comprehensive understanding of UK labour laws and employee relations management
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills
Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
